The 2023 Attorney Renewal Season has ended. Attorneys who were due to renew this year and did not submit a renewal application will need to request reactivation and pay the required fee to return to Active status. The reactivation application and the instructions on how to submit the reactivation application can be found here: https://www.mdd.uscourts.gov/reactivations-and-reinstatement.

Active bar members are required to renew their bar memberships every six years. See Local Rule 701.2.b.  For additional information about this year’s electronic renewal process, click here.

Effective January 1, 2012, the Court will only accept renewal applications filed electronically through our electronic filing system, CM/ECF.
