The United States District Court for the District of Maryland now permits the electronic filing of Notices of Removal through CM/ECF by members of the Bar of this Court.  Previously, these actions were required to be filed by paper with the Clerk's Office.  Please visit this link for detailed instructions on how to file removal actions through CM/ECF.
